Each Quilt is made to order to ensure premium quality. Once completed, a tracking number will be emailed so you can monitor your shipment online.

- US Shipping: 7β15 business days.
- International Shipping: 10β25 business days.
- Tracking: Sent within 5β7 days; international tracking may take 1β2 extra days to activate.
Delay & Lost Package Policy
- US/EMS: If not delivered after 45 days β reshipment or refund.
- Other International: If not delivered after 60 days β reshipment or refund.
- Exceptions: Times may extend due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political instability.
- No tracking update for 10+ days: Please contact support.

Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
