Please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Each Quilt is made to order to ensure premium quality. Once completed, a tracking number will be emailed so you can monitor your shipment online.
- Production: 5–7 business days.
- US Shipping: 7–15 business days.
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days.
- Tracking: Sent within 5–7 days; international tracking may take 1–2 extra days to activate.
Delay & Lost Package Policy
- US/EMS: If not delivered after 45 days → reshipment or refund.
- Other International: If not delivered after 60 days → reshipment or refund.
- Exceptions: Times may extend due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political instability.
- No tracking update for 10+ days: Please contact support.
- “Delivered” status: Considered successfully received.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
