Question: How long does production take?
Answer: It takes an average of 1-2 business days
except for laser-cut personalized metal arts, which may take 5-10 business days.

Question: It’s been more than 2 days, and my order still hasn’t shipped. Why?
Answer: Our team doesn’t work on weekends to spend time with family ;) So, if you placed your order after 3 pm EST on a Friday or on Saturday, please expect it to ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer:

  • For U.S. orders: it takes around 3-5 business days, but almost 90% of our packages are delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
  • For Canada, the UK, & EU: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Question: I made a mistake with my order information. How can I correct it?
Answer: Please email us at (support@personalizedfury.com) within 3 hours while your order is still in the production stage. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

Question: How do I cancel an order?
Answer: Here at PersonalizedFury, we pride ourselves on our fast order processing and shipment. As soon as an order is placed, our team immediately prepares it for dispatch. Therefore, we can only approve cancellation requests within the first 3 hours after an order is placed. Just email us at support@personalizedfury.com or send us a message here.

Question: How do I track my package?
Answer: You will receive an email with your tracking number and courier information after the order has been placed and shipped! To check your order status, please visit our Order Tracking page.

Question: My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Answer: Please follow these instructions:

  1. Double-check your mailbox (if you have one).
  2. Sometimes, orders are delivered 1 or 2 days after the scheduled delivery. We kindly ask for your patience.
  3. You can call your local post office with your tracking number and ask for a more detailed report on your order.
