Eligible for Resolution

  • Damaged on arrival — torn, broken, or unusable due to shipping
  • Print defects — fading, smearing, misalignment, or severe color issues
  • Wrong item sent — different product or design than what you ordered
  • Lost in transit — never arrived after carrier investigation
Not Eligible

Outside Our Policy

  • Change of mind — once made-to-order production has already started
  • Personalization typos — mistakes in names, dates, or text you entered
  • Wrong size ordered — please double-check dimensions before buying
  • Carrier delays — late delivery outside of our immediate control
How to Request

Step 01

Email Us

Contact support@personalizedfury.com within 7 days of delivery.

Step 02

Send Proof

Include your order number + clear photos showing the defect.

Step 03

We Resolve

We reply within 24 hours. Free replacement OR refund — your choice.

Lost in Transit Note: We will open a carrier investigation. If it remains unresolved after 5–7 business days, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
Need to Cancel?

Cancel Within 12 Hours

Changed your mind or noticed a typo? You have 12 hours from order placement to cancel or modify it before production begins. After that, we have already started the manual restoration and printing process and cannot reverse it. Email support@personalizedfury.com ASAP with your order number.
