Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email, sent the exact moment your order leaves our facility.
No Number Yet?
Hand-restoration and production take 3–5 business days. Your tracking link is emailed once your piece is dispatched.
Carriers
Shipped via USPS or UPS for the safest delivery. The tracker auto-detects your carrier from the number.
Status Not Updating?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a new package. Please give it a day, then check again.
★ Delivery Timeline: Total time is 8–12 business days (3–5 production + 5–7 shipping). Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take longer.
