Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t right
What we cover, how to choose between a replacement and a refund, and how long each takes.
Covered
Damaged, flawed, or printed wrong
If the mistake is on our end — broken in transit, a printing defect, the wrong name or photo — we make it right at no cost.
Not covered
A change of mind
Each piece is made to order with a name, dates, and a photo, so it can’t be resold to anyone else. We can’t accept returns for a change of mind — please check your details before ordering.
Replacement or refund — your choice
Replacement
Best if you still want the keepsake
- We remake and reship the same piece, free.
- We fix whatever went wrong — same photo, or send a new one.
- Production restarts: about 1–5 business days, plus 3–5 days shipping.
- You keep the original. Nothing to send back.
Refund
Best if you’d rather not wait again
- We refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.
- Money goes back to your original payment method — card or PayPal.
- We process it within 1–2 business days of approving your request.
- Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
How to report an issue
1
Email us within 30 days of delivery
Write to support@personalizedfury.com. A real
person reads every email — you won’t get a form response.
2
Send one clear photo of the problem
That’s usually all we need to see what happened. Keep the
packaging if you still have it.
3
Tell us: replacement or refund
Not sure which? Say so and we’ll walk you through it. Either
way, you don’t ship anything back.
Include this and we’ll move faster
- Your order number and the name on the order
- What went wrong, in a sentence or two
- A clear photo of the issue
- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund
A note on personalization
We print exactly what you enter
Spelling, dates, and photo choice come straight from your order,
so a typo you sent isn’t covered. Spotted a mistake? Contact us within
12 hours and we’ll correct it before printing —
after that, production has usually started.
