Ordering & Personalization

01How do I personalize my keepsake?

On the product page, simply upload your favorite photo and enter the required details (such as names, dates, or a special message) in the designated fields. Add the item to your cart and check out.

A real person will review your photo and details within 24 hours. If we need a clearer photo or have any questions about the text, we will email you directly before printing.

02Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel or request modifications (like changing a typo or swapping a photo).

Because every item is custom-printed and manually restored, once production begins after the 12-hour window, we can no longer cancel or change the order. Please email support@personalizedfury.com ASAP if you need help.

03My photo is old or blurry. Will it work?

Usually, yes. Our dedicated design team includes photo restoration experts who will professionally sharpen, color-correct, and enhance your photo free of charge before printing.

If the photo is completely unusable, we will pause your order and reach out to you via email to request an alternative.

Production & Review

04How long does production take?

Every keepsake is made-to-order. The process of human review, photo enhancement, full-color printing, and careful packaging takes 3–5 business days.

05Where are your products made?

To ensure the highest quality and honor the memories you entrust to us, every single item is printed, assembled, and shipped from the United States by our vetted manufacturing partners.

06Do you use automated printing?

Never. We do not use automated bots to process your cherished photos. A real human reviews your submission, prepares the design file, and ensures everything aligns perfectly before it goes to the printers.

Shipping & Delivery

07How long does shipping take?

Once production is complete, transit time takes 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

Your total delivery time from the moment you order will be roughly 8–12 business days.

08Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Please allow an additional 7–12 business days for delivery outside the contiguous US.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

09How do I track my package?

As soon as your package leaves our US facility, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can check your status anytime using our Track Order page.

Materials & Care

10What materials do you use?

We select premium materials meant to last:

  • Memorial Canvas: Artist-grade cotton/polyester blend, stretched over a solid wood frame. Fade-resistant archival inks.
  • Sherpa Blankets: Ultra-soft mink fleece front with a plush, warm Sherpa backing.
  • Throw Pillows: Soft spun-polyester cover with a hidden zipper and a shape-retaining insert.
11Will the print fade over time?

No. We use state-of-the-art sublimation and archival printing techniques. The ink binds deeply into the material, ensuring vivid colors that will not peel, crack, or fade under normal indoor conditions.

Returns & Refunds

12Can I return my custom item?

Because each tribute is deeply personal and custom-made with your photos, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer errors (like spelling mistakes) once the item is printed.

However, you are fully covered if the mistake is on our end or if the item arrives damaged.

13What if my item arrives damaged?

We are so sorry if this happens. Please email support@personalizedfury.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will immediately print and ship a replacement at absolutely no cost to you, or provide a full refund.

Payment & Security

14What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure express checkouts via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

15Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout is 100% encrypted and secure. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card information.
