My favorite photo isn't perfect — can you still use it?
Almost always. An older photo, or one that’s slightly soft, usually still prints beautifully. A real person looks at every photo before printing, and if yours won’t work, we’ll gently tell you first.
Is it too soon to order?
There's no right time. Some people order in the first week. Some order years later, when they finally feel ready to put something on the wall. Whenever you're ready, it will be here.
I want to give this to someone who’s grieving. Is that okay?
It’s one of the gentlest ways to say you remember them too. Most people find that seeing the name written out means more than a card ever could. Add a note at checkout and we’ll pack it carefully.
I made a typo — can I change it after ordering?
Yes. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before printing. After production starts, changes aren't possible since each piece is made to order.
How long until it arrives?
Order review takes 12–24 hours, production 1–5 business days, and shipping 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive in about 5–11 business days. Times may run longer during holidays.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You never ship anything back.
