Production & Shipping

Each products is made to order to ensure premium quality. Once completed, a tracking number will be emailed so you can monitor your shipment online.

  • Production: 5–7 business days.
  • US Shipping: 7–15 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days.
  • Tracking: Sent within 5–7 days; international tracking may take 1–2 extra days to activate.
Delay & Lost Package Policy
  • US/EMS: If not delivered after 45 days → reshipment or refund.
  • Other International: If not delivered after 60 days → reshipment or refund.
  • Exceptions: Times may extend due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political instability.
  • No tracking update for 10+ days: Please contact support.
  • “Delivered” status: Considered successfully received.
Order Modification & Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
