Ordering & Personalization
01How do I personalize my product?
On any product page with personalization, you'll see a Personalize section with fields for the veteran's name, rank, and years of service. Fill in the details and add to cart — that's it.
We review every personalized order within 24 hours before printing begins. If anything needs clarifying, we'll email you to confirm.
02Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes — within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production typically starts and changes aren't possible (custom-printed items can't be reworked).
Email support@personalizedfury.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
03Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
For orders of 5+ units (gifts, organizations, veteran groups), we offer custom pricing. Email support@personalizedfury.com with the quantity and product, and we'll send a quote within 1–2 business days.
Production & Quality
04How long does production take?
Every item is made-to-order after you place it. Production takes 3–5 business days for full-color sublimation printing, quality check, and packaging.
Combined with shipping (5–7 business days), expect delivery 8–12 business days from order date.
05Where are products made?
PersonalizedFury is American-designed with a hybrid production model:
- Car Floor Mats: Printed and finished in our US facility — proudly made in USA
- Other products (seat covers, sunshades, steering wheel covers, spare tire covers, magnets): Custom-printed by trusted international production partners
Every product is designed in America to honor those who served. We're transparent about where each item is produced — you'll see the origin clearly marked on each product page.
06Are products quality-checked before shipping?
Yes. Every order goes through visual quality inspection before packaging — print clarity, color accuracy, stitching, and material integrity.
If something doesn't meet our standard, it gets reprinted before shipping. Damage in transit is rare but happens — see our returns policy for how we handle it.
Shipping & Delivery
07How long does shipping take?
5–7 business days after production completes, shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking to all 50 US states.
Total order time: 8–12 business days (production + shipping). For Alaska, Hawaii, and territories, add 7–12 days.
08Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Yes — we ship to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and US territories. Additional 7–12 business days may apply due to carrier transit times.
09Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only (including territories). International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
10How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Enter it at 17track.net for universal carrier tracking.
If you haven't received your tracking number 5 days after ordering, email support@personalizedfury.com.
Products & Materials
11What materials are used?
Materials vary by product. Check the Materials & Dimensions section on each product page for full specs.
Common materials include: 20oz polyester needle-punch surface, rubber Durgan backing, premium polyester twill, neoprene-blend covers. All built for vehicle interior durability.
12Will the print fade or peel over time?
No. We use full-color sublimation printing — the dye bonds into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top. This means colors stay vivid and won't crack, peel, or wash off under normal use.
Backed by our Lifetime Print Warranty — if your print fades under normal vehicle use, we replace it free.
13Are products waterproof or weather-resistant?
Floor mats have a fully waterproof rubber backing and handle rain, snow, mud, and sand. The polyester surface dries quickly after rinsing.
Other products (seat covers, sunshades, etc.) are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Wipe spills promptly and avoid soaking.
14What's your warranty?
Lifetime Print Warranty on every product — if the printed design fades, peels, or cracks under normal use, we'll replace it free for life.
Not covered: physical damage from sharp objects, intentional abuse, or fading caused by bleach, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals. To claim, email support@personalizedfury.com with photos and order number.
Returns & Refunds
15Can I return a personalized item?
Because each personalized item is made-to-order and can't be resold, we don't accept returns for personalization errors caught after production starts (typos in name, rank, year, etc.).
You can cancel or modify any order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we begin printing. See our full returns policy.
16What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@personalizedfury.com. We'll replace it or refund — your choice.
Lost in transit: We'll investigate with the carrier (5–7 days). Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or full refund — your call.

17What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major options through secure Shopify checkout:

- Shop Pay Installments (buy now, pay later)
18Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store or have access to your full card details — payment data goes directly to Shopify's payment processors.
