Can I preview my order before it's made?

Yes. We’ll send you a digital mockup within 12–24 hours after your order is placed. You can approve or request changes before we proceed.

How do I upload a photo or customize my order?

Each product page has upload and text fields for personalization. You can also leave additional notes during checkout.

Can I change my photo or message after ordering?

Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours. Once the item is in production, changes may not be possible.

What kind of photo works best?

Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting are best. If your photo is blurry, we’ll reach out before proceeding.

Can I merge people or pets from different photos?

Yes. Just upload the images and tell us how you'd like them arranged. We'll handle the rest.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, and select European countries. Contact us if you’re unsure about your region.

How long does delivery take?

Design & production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Express options may be available.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started processing your order.

Can I return my item?

All personalized items are made to order and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
