🛠 How It Works (Car Accessories)

Can I preview my custom car design before it’s made?

Yes. For personalized products (custom sunshades, seat covers, ornaments…), we’ll send you a digital mockup within 12–24 hours after your order is placed. You can approve or request changes before we move to production.

How do I upload photos or add my own design details?

On each product page, you’ll find upload fields and text boxes for names, quotes, plate numbers or notes. You can also add extra instructions in the order note at checkout.

Can I change my design or text after ordering?

Yes — if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your personalized car item may already be in production and changes are no longer guaranteed.

What kind of images work best for car designs?

Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best — whether it’s your car, pet, or favorite character. Avoid dark, blurry screenshots. If the quality is too low, we’ll contact you before printing.

Can you combine multiple cars, pets, or people into one design?

Yes. For personalized designs, you can upload multiple photos and tell us how you want them arranged (for example: car + driver, couple + car, pet + car). Our design team will merge them into one layout.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship your car products?

We ship car accessories to the U.S., Canada, Australia and select European countries. If you’re unsure about your region, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How long does production and delivery take?

For personalized items, design & production normally take 2–5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and product type (sunshades, seat covers, floor mats, ornaments, tumblers…).

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships, so you can follow your car gear all the way to your door.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, product type, and selected shipping method. In some regions, express options may be available.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started designing or producing your custom car item.

Can I return my car accessories?

Personalized products (custom prints, names, car eyes, themes, etc.) are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake. Non-personalized items may be considered case by case — please contact us.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a printing error?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. If confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or suitable solution for you.

How do I place an order for a car product?

Choose your product (sunshade, seat covers, floor mats, ornaments, tumblers…), select size or options, upload your photo (if needed), add personalization, then complete checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards via secure checkout (processed through PayPal or our payment gateway, depending on your region).

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name, email and order details, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
