  • Damaged on arrival — torn, broken, or unusable due to shipping
  • Print defects — fading, smearing, misalignment, or color issues
  • Wrong item sent — different product or design than ordered
  • Lost in transit — never arrived after carrier investigation

Outside Our Policy

  • Change of mind — once made-to-order production starts
  • Personalization typos — names, dates, or text you entered
  • Wrong size ordered — please check the size chart before buying
  • Carrier delays — late delivery beyond our control

Reply within 24 hours. Free replacement OR refund — your choice.

★ Lost in Transit: We open a carrier investigation. If unresolved after 5–7 business days, we send a replacement or full refund — your call.

Cancel Within 24 Hours

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from order placement to cancel — before production starts. After that, we've already begun printing and can't reverse it. Email support@personalizedfury.com ASAP with your order number.
