- Damaged on arrival — torn, broken, or unusable due to shipping
- Print defects — fading, smearing, misalignment, or color issues
- Wrong item sent — different product or design than ordered
- Lost in transit — never arrived after carrier investigation

Outside Our Policy
- Change of mind — once made-to-order production starts
- Personalization typos — names, dates, or text you entered
- Wrong size ordered — please check the size chart before buying
- Carrier delays — late delivery beyond our control

Cancel Within 24 Hours
Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from order placement to cancel — before production starts. After that, we've already begun printing and can't reverse it. Email support@personalizedfury.com ASAP with your order number.
