01 Will these floor mats fit my vehicle?
Yes — designed as universal fit for most sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Front mats measure 17×27" and rear mats 17×13".
If your vehicle has unusually shaped footwells, the polyester surface can be trimmed to fit with scissors. The non-slip rubber backing keeps them firmly in place regardless of fit.
02 Can I preview my design before it's printed?
We review every personalized order within 24 hours before printing begins. If anything looks off — spelling, dates, ranks — we'll email you to confirm.
This is built into the process specifically so you get it right the first time. No digital proof is sent automatically, but we'll always reach out if details need clarifying.
03 What if I make a typo in the name or rank?
Email us at support@personalizedfury.com within 24 hours of placing your order — we'll correct it before production starts.
After production begins (typically 24hrs after order), changes aren't possible since the mats are custom-printed. Personalization typos caught after production are the customer's responsibility — but we'll always try to help.
04 Are these waterproof and slip-resistant?
The rubber Durgan backing is fully waterproof and grips your vehicle's floor — they won't slide around during turns or sudden stops.
The polyester surface handles rain, snow, mud, and sand. Vacuum loose dirt or rinse with cool water for deeper cleaning. Allow to fully dry before reinstalling.
05 What does the Lifetime Print Warranty cover?
If the printed design fades, peels, or cracks under normal vehicle use, we'll replace your mats free of charge — for life.
Not covered: physical damage from sharp objects, intentional abuse, or fading from harsh chemicals (bleach, ammonia). Standard wear from daily driving is fully covered. Just email us with photos and your order number.
