Accepted within 12 hours after purchase.
🎨 Design & Processing
2–5 business days for order verification, artwork confirmation, and preparation for production.
🏭 Production
2–5 business days for printing, sewing, and quality control before shipment.

🔁 Returns & Support
Returns: Personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days with photo proof for a replacement or refund.
Delays: During peak seasons or severe weather, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. You’ll always receive tracking updates by email.
