At PersonalizedFury, we value your satisfaction and trust. Because each car accessory is custom-made to order, we review every return or refund request carefully to ensure a fair and transparent resolution.
❌ Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the design and production process for your custom car accessory begins and cannot be stopped.
🎨 Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Each sunshade, seat cover, floor mat, or ornament is uniquely created for you — personalized car accessories cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with incorrect details caused by our error.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can quickly review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
💵 Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or store balance). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
🕓 Processing Time
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
📸 Proof Required
Please provide photographic or video evidence showing the issue clearly — this helps us verify the claim, investigate with our production partner, and provide a faster solution.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal use (e.g. wear, scratches, heat exposure in the car), misuse, or incorrect personalization details (name, text, photo) submitted by the customer.
