Yes. Photo restoration is included on every order — we sharpen, color-correct, and rebuild low-resolution files before printing. Most of the photos we work with were taken on an old phone, in indifferent light. If we can't make it work for the size you chose, we email you before printing.
Six to ten business days within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories add five to seven days. If you need it faster for a service or anniversary, email us — we can sometimes move things along.
Within twelve hours of ordering, we can change the size at no charge. After production begins, we offer one replacement at production cost only — usually around $30, not the full retail price.
Not under normal indoor light. We use Greenguard-certified UV pigment inks rated for archival display. If you ever see fading, peeling, or color drift under normal use, send a photo to support and we'll reprint at no charge. That's the lifetime warranty.
Yes. The canvas is printed and assembled in the United States by our pinned print provider. Inks are UL Greenguard-certified. The pinewood frame is FSC-certified. We don't auto-route orders to overseas providers.
Yes. At checkout, you can ship directly to them with a handwritten note enclosed at no extra cost. If you want it to arrive anonymously, that's an option too. And if you don't have a clean photo of their pet to begin with, send what you have — we'll restore it at no charge for sympathy-gift orders.
