03 How long will it take to receive my keepsake?
Because each piece is custom-designed and hand-restored with care, production typically takes 3–5 business days. Safe, tracked shipping within the USA takes an additional 5–7 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 8–12 business days in total.

Due to the custom nature of our products, design and photo restoration begin very quickly. However, if you notice a typo in a date or name, or wish to change your photo, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our absolute best to make the adjustments before it hits the printing floor.
